SHIPPING INFORMATION
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 days, (although please be aware I do suffer with chronic illnesses myself, and occasionally have to spend time in hospital, so this may not always be possible). You will be kept updated with the status of your order.
All deliveries are made via Royal Mail.

Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-3 working days

Europe: 3-5 working days
Worldwide: 6-7 working days
Shipping charges and total expected delivery time (including processing time) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns. This ensures that all items we provide meet the highest standards of hygiene.

We request that you provide proof of the issue (such as photos, videos, or a detailed description) to help us assess the situation. Upon review, we will consider offering a refund or replacement if the product is found to be defective or damaged during transit.
